The staff provided really good attention to detail, making the stay more enjoyable with their warm hospitality.

The shower cubicle was a bit cramped, difficult to move around comfortably.

We payed for B&B but did not get any breakfast since we left for the airport before 07.00 ! The prize was not reduced accordingly.

I booked a room with a good bed, climate control, an individual safe, and multi-channel TV. Had private bathroom with all essentials...

Small and cramped bathroom!!! Noise disturbances from adjacent rooms might keep you up at night!!! Lack of signage for operating room amenities could confuse guests!!!

The location for the airport, station and centre of Pisa was excellent.

Quiet location, very close to Pisa Centrale station, friendly staff.

A fly swatter in the room for mosquitos and flies would help.

The friendly staff made my stay special, and the beautiful garden with an old olive tree created a relaxing atmosphere. The noise from outside was quite disruptive during the night.

We had a pleasant tasty at Hotel Roseto. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Its location near the train station was very convenient as we were using trains every day.

It was ideal for an overnight stay in Pisa, particularly knowing that we had to be at the airport for a 7.20am flight,and were able to to a bus there at 5.30am within 200yds of the hotel.We also found a reasonably priced bar restaurant about 300yds straight ahead from the station exit

Because of our flight time it was not possible to get anything for breakfast(in fairness I think we knew from comments of previous visitors) but surely the hotel could organise a machine in the reception area to accommodate early leavers.This would probably encourage rebooking. A bit noisy from adjacent room T.V.which the owner dealt with.

Although the position of this hotel might be very good and strategic as it is right next to station it is also its disadvantage as the location doesn´t seemed very safe. We find on Booked.net the hotel has its parking place for free and and we arrived we found out it would be 15 euro per day.

Staying in a cozy room, as it's only a 20-minute stroll away. I discovered charming cafes just a few steps from the hotel that were perfect for breakfast.

Good price, excellent location (next to the train station and the busses) and very clean hotel. One of the receptionists gave us very good suggestions for restaurants etc in Pisa.

Not all the receptionists spoke English.

This hotel is situated near the central station of pisa, it will only take you one minute by foot. The man at the reception was very friendly. We had airco in our room. We only stayed here one night because we had to travel to the airport the next morning. For this purpose this hotel is ok.

Our bathroom looked clean, but there was a bad smell. Breakfast wasn't very good and coffee was bad.
